退換貨政策 / Return Policy
所有產品均為按訂單數量向紐西蘭供應商採購的進口代購商品，因此不設退貨或換貨。如貨品於運送途中受損或缺件，請於收貨後 3 天內連同照片與我們聯絡，我們會酌情安排補寄。
All products are imported and ordered per your order quantity, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos — we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
